TOP DMS system is a Document Management System and is used to manage workflow issues and documents in the enterprise.

The system makes it possible to define the paths of electronic circulation of documents of that type, as well as allowing users (within the granted rights) to create their own paths. The system provides electronic archiving and document change tracking in conjunction with the user executing them.

The system has been implemented and monitoring mechanisms like terms, state documents and the time to work on them, completing documents for cases or clients.
